• Member must present valid Eu Rewards membership card or log-on to their member’s account via Eu Yan Sang Singapore mobile app or website to display their member’s ID at point of registration at clinic.
• Full consultation charge applies if no treatment or medication is taken.
• Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics, Eu Yan Sang TCM Wellness Clinics, and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
• Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres, Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Sessional Clinics.
• Offer is not valid with Senior Physicians, please call respective clinics to enquire about the physician's schedule.
• Not applicable for patients who are not medically suited to take herbal medication.
• Not applicable with other discounts, discount vouchers, promotions, packages, privilege cards, corporate plans, stored value plans or managed care plans.
• Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management retains the final decision in case of a dispute.

• Member must present valid Eu Rewards membership card or log-on to their member’s account via Eu Yan Sang Singapore mobile app or website to display their member’s ID at point of registration at clinic.
• Prices stated are before GST and exclusive of product and voucher purchase in a single receipt.
• Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics, Eu Yan Sang TCM Wellness Clinics, and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
• Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres, Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Sessional Clinics.
• Offer is not valid with Senior Physicians, please call respective clinics to enquire about the physician's schedule.
• Offer can only be redeemed once per patient within 3 months from date of receipt. Receipts will be voided once redemption has been made.
• No reprint and splitting of receipts allowed.

• Medications dispensed are subject to physicians’ diagnosis and are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
