Patients with Mild Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) Symptoms
In accordance with the Ministry of Health's guidelines and for the benefit of other patients, those with mild symptoms of acute respiratory infection (ARI), i.e. flu, cough, sore throat, visiting any Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics must fulfil the criteria below:
Have a self-administered negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result obtained within 12 hours prior to the visit; and
Are assessed to be of low risk (by completing our Health Declaration Triage Form)
Patients with mild ARI symptoms should still self-isolate at home as far as possible and visit a Swab-and-Send-Home (SASH) or Public Preparedness Clinic (PHPC) for management if your ARI symptoms worsen and/or if you are tested ART positive subsequently.
