Elderly-Friendly Clinics

Eu Yan Sang’s elderly-friendly TCM clinic is specially designed to meet the needs of our silver population and users with restricted mobility.

The clinic façade is designed with the elderlies in mind, such as a leveled floor throughout the clinic and wide walkways to ensure that it is wheelchair friendly and a breeze to navigate through.

Other details include clinic signage with larger font sizes for easy reading and soft touches like the provision of adult diapers and a change of clothes help to take care of patients when need arises, preserving their dignity and respect.

Physicians and clinic staff are also specially trained and selected to handle the elderly and their health conditions.
