• Not applicable for any other treatments and/or herbal medication.
• The package is valid for 12 month(s) from date of purchase. Any unconsumed sessions will be forfeited by the expiry date of the package.
• Strictly no extension of package validity.
• The package sold is not transferable, not exchangeable, not refundable and can only be used by one person.
• Limited to one purchase per customer.
• Package price excludes GST.
• Package is applicable to Physicians and Associate Senior Physicians, a top-up of $5 for Senior Physicians is required.
• The receipt will be issued once only, at the time of purchase of the package.
